Jacob’s company, “Detailed Power washing and Holiday Lighting”, has been cleaning my house, boathouse, deck and rather large patio for more than three years now. He and his associate Aiden get everything amazingly clean and in August they sealed all of the stone on and around my patio. They brought back all the amazing color back into my stone and the water now beads up on my beautiful patio. It’s nice using a company that takes so much pride in their work and shows courtesy to their customers too.

I am more than pleased with the power washing job that Jacob did on multiple buildings and the retaining wall on my property. He was very meticulous ensuring all mold and stains were removed. This was the first time our house was power washed since being built soon to be 3 years. There was a lot of dust and algae that needed to be removed. Jacob did an excellent job making sure it was totally removed. He also did smaller areas like my fence doors removing the mud from the lower areas and he sprayed off our patio. It’s that time again to power wash our house, and I went back to Jocob at Detaiked Powerwashing Llc (and Christmas Lighting) to get rid of that north side shade. Aidan came this time and was also very professional and detailed. House looks great and HOA can stop sending love letters. (Kidding kind of). It wasn’t that bad. Great job Detailed Powerwashing LLC! Jacob came out to look over our house this Spring and give us an estimate for powerwashing our house, cleaning our windows and spot cleaning some areas on our roof. He was very polite and professional, listened to our concerns and even took the time to fly a drone over the roof for a closer inspection. He even sent us the pictures of the roof. When he and his crew came out this was our 2nd season using them for whole house exterior cleaning. We live in Lake of the Woods, VA and with all the trees, critters and bugs, the houses seem to get dirtier than your typical suburban homes. They were very detail oriented, spent extra time ensuring the windows were spotless, and just went that extra mile to insure we were totally satisfied with the job. Additionally, instead of trying to upsell us on an additional service (roof cleaning), it was his opinion the roof didn’t need it at this time and recommended we wait till maybe next year. Nice to feel like we weren’t being taken advantage of. We would highly recommend them and will use again next spring.

This is the best power washes my house has ever had!! They did an amazing job from top to bottom. My house even smelled clean!! The soffit and gutters went from a spotty mold look to a beautiful white. The dust covered outside now has a new painted look. Great job and I would recommend them without hesitation.
